CLAY CLUB!

​

Clay Club takes place at Hidden in the Hills studio in my home in Leverett, Mass. It is for ages 9 and up and all levels of experience are welcome.

 

I love to share in your explorations of pottery and sculpture - your imagination is the limit!  The idea is that we all benefit from the company of creative  people, sharing ideas, successes and yes, failures. Bring your ideas and an open mind, and we’ll share the highs, lows and the exciting results of our efforts.

 There are two wheels for throwing, two large work tables, a glaze “kitchen,” slab roller, an extruder and all kinds of goodies you can use to mark, mold, gouge and manipulate your clay. Mostly we’ll be using the electric kiln to fire our pieces but we will also do occasional smoke firings outdoors.

​

 Classes are ongoing with breaks for big holidays and school transitions. The fee of $150 is for 6 two-hour sessions, it includes materials and firings.
